Chat has been with Elite since 2003, acting as Front Desk Manager and Personal Trainer. Working at Elite over the years, watching trainers guide members to achieving their fitness goal, Chat became inspired to help others and pursue his passion as a personal trainer.

With a thirst for spiritual knowledge, Chat has studied such spiritual teachings as metaphysics, the law of attraction and meditation bridging mind and body to fullest potential.

Ashley joins Elite Fitness Concepts from New York, after completing graduate studies in Journalism from NYU and spending years in the women’s health magazine industry. She found her passion for teaching fitness, as she holds several different certifications, ranging from specialized programs like Piloxing, Pound, and Tabata, to Functional Aging and Arthritis Rehabilitation. Her focus is on developing and teaching high-intensity, but safe exercise routines. Her energy and passion for wellness is evident in her teaching style, and her preparation for each class shows in the results that her students see.

Massage Therapist

Mike Taylor has been recognized by the local athletic community for his therapy work across many sports and age groups. Named Top Expert in Sports Medicine for 2010 by Washingtonian Magazine he is well known to many Elite Fitness Concepts members for his presence in Great Falls for the past 15 years.

After a long career in corporate management, Mike put his medical and athletic interests to work in athletic and functional therapy. Over the years he has had personal experience with joint replacements which gave him a first-hand learning of the post-surgical recovery process. In addition, he has worked closely with different trainers and training techniques to preclude injury and advance performance. His work is widely recognized by the running and tri-athlete community throughout Northern Virginia. Recently he has seen an influx of student athletes of all ages and sports in need of performance enhancement.

Grace Tsai Ph.D

Grace Tsai RYT-200, Ph.D is President of WabiSabi Wellness and a wholistic meditative arts practitioner. She has been teaching wellness classes for over 30 years. Dr. Tsai served as a Research Fellow with the National Taiwan University and has taught as an Adjunct Faculty for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. After completing her postdoctoral fellowship in Psychiatric Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins, she worked as a Managing Editor for the Mental Health Channel at Millenium Communications . She has published over 8 scientific articles regarding mind/body healing modalities and the sociocultural influences on disordered eating and body image issues. Dr. Tsai has also served as the Executive Director, Hepatitis-B Initiative for Asian Americans and President of her local PTA. Grace has had many years of hands-on experience in leadership roles in grass roots communities. As a social activist for community change, she’s a firm believer that social change starts first from the individual, then families and then the communities.
Dr. Tsai teaches yoga, tai-chi and qi-gong and has a keen interest in all forms of health and wellness practices including Chinese Traditional Medicine (CTM) and Energy Medicine. Over the years, she has tried to incorporate what she has learned on the mat (e.g.,patience, surrender, acceptance) into her daily life. It is her sincere wish for every student to find the joy of the meditative practice of yoga and tai-chi. Grace is humbled by what her students teach her each time she shares a class.

Monika Leiss

Growing up in Hungary, Monika was educated in an Elite Sport School.

After finishing her RYT 200 hours yoga training, she was so enthusiastic to further her knowledge that she went to Teacher Training Course Level 1-3 for Children’s yoga, to learn how to incorporate yoga into children’s lives by now she has her E-RYT 200 hours certification as well. She found Rocket Yoga and received her certification to teach Rocket Style Yoga. She believes it is important to stay humble in her practice and remain focused on learning to serve students and show them how to honor their bodies without suffering. The yoga can benefits everyone and loves to bring safe and fun practice into people’s lives. Her loves for Sports got her another Certification in the Fitness industry as an Group Fitness/Boot camp Instructor. And completed a course for Personal Training by American Sports & Fitness Association. She incorporates her believes of the benefits of strong mind-body connection into her personal life and raising her two sons to be physically and mentally fit.


Shree Ayengar

Shree is a dancer and artist, who is trained in Bharata Natyam, Indian Classical Dance. As a dancer, she is creative in teaching Prana Vinyasa Flow, a style of Vinyasa Flow yoga, created by her teacher, Shiva Rea of Global School of Living Yoga. Shree also teaches Hatha Yoga, training and knowledge for which she acquired through Yogacharya B. K. S. Iyengar and John Schumacher; Yin Yoga learnt under the guidance of Paul Grilley and Restorative Yoga, learnt under Judith Lasater. Shree’s teaching style includes alignment, awareness of the internal body and exploring the depth of breath (Prana). Shree has both the gift and the consciousness of teaching her students well and loving the art of teaching yoga. Shree is registered with Yoga Alliance as an ERYT200/RYT500 teacher.
